These terms govern the use of Pan. By using the service you accept the following.
What Pan is
Pan is a social platform and a tool to connect families with pet-care professionals and shelters. Pan does not handle payments between users and is not a party to the contract between a family and a professional.
Account and requirements
To use interactive features you must register with true, up-to-date information and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.
Rules of conduct
You agree not to post unlawful, offensive, misleading or infringing content, and not to use the service for harassment, spam or fraud. Content may be moderated and removed.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant Pan a limited licence to host and display it to operate the service. You are responsible for what you post and for any necessary permissions.
Professionals and shelters
Professional practices and shelters are verified before appearing in the app. The "Verified" badge is free. The "Pan Pro" subscription and the "Featured" boost are optional and do not affect reviews or verification.
Services between users
Pan facilitates matching supply and demand for services but does not provide the services and does not guarantee their outcome. Agreements, prices and payments are between the family and the professional; each party is responsible for its own obligations.
Intellectual property
The Pan brand, software and graphics belong to [RAGIONE SOCIALE] or their respective owners and may not be used without authorisation.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Pan is not liable for damages arising from agreements between users or misuse of the service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
Changes to the terms
We may update these terms; the version in force is always published on this page.
